Where will my order be shipped from?

The shipping location depends on your order and the availability of products in our warehouses. Please check the shipping information provided during checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.

How long will delivery take?

Estimated delivery times depend on the actual shipping location, shipping method, and destination.

If your order indicates shipping from Germany with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days, this timeframe serves as a guide for delivery. International shipments may take longer.

The delivery information displayed and confirmed for your specific order will apply.

Will I receive a tracking number?

If tracking is available for your shipment, we will send the tracking information to you by email after your order has been shipped.

Please also check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find your shipping confirmation.

Why is my tracking information not available yet?

After your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it may take 24–48 hours for the first tracking updates to appear in the system.

If no tracking information is available after this period, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number.

Why has my tracking information stopped updating?

Not every stage of the shipping process appears immediately in the tracking system. Updates may be delayed during weekends, public holidays, or periods of logistical disruption.

If your tracking status has not changed for several business days, please contact us. We will review the available shipping information and assist you.

What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but has not arrived?

First, check whether the package was left with a neighbor, your building management, or at a designated safe place. You can also review the delivery details provided by the shipping carrier.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact our customer service team with your order number and tracking number so we can investigate the situation.

Is free shipping available?

Free shipping may be available depending on current shipping promotions, order value, and applicable shipping conditions.
